Can you Customize a case for me?

All our cases produced on demand, that means we can customize a design for you or can print your photos on any case. Contact us with your ideas and we will try our best to produce custom cases for you.

I liked a design on a particular product, can I buy something else with that design?

We usually put every design on every possible product of ours, the chances are that you missed that product or we have missed that one. In any case please contact us with the page URl or with the design code. (Example: FGIP5D241, here D241 is the design code, this is standard for all our products.)

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

During Checkout, you have the option to specify different shipping address than your billing address.

How do I change the address on my order?

Please contact our customer support immediately, we will only be able to change the shipping address if the order has not been shipped.

Do you ship globally?

Currently we only ship to India

When will I know about my order confirmation?

Once you finish the payment processing, you will be redirected to the Order confirmation page. Sometime the payment processing may take upto 30 min to confirm the payment, once we receive the payment confirmation the system sends an auto generated email confirming your order. If you receive this email your order is confirmed and the order status changes to processing.

How can I cancel my order

Contact customer support immediately. We can only cancel the order if it is not been shipped from our warehouse. if the order is already shipped you can reject the delivery and contact customer support for refunds. Check our refund policy.

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status from track your order page. You need to enter your order number and email address to check your order status. If you have an account you can also check from My Account.

How many days does it take to ship an item?

All our products are produced on demand for better quality. Usually we will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving the order. In some case it might take 2-3 days, for example customizable orders or when shopping on festival days.

How can I return or Exchange a product?

If the product doesn’t meet your satisfaction or you have received a damaged or different product please contact us we will happily send a replacement order for you or refund your order amount.
